The CavalierHealth Fund is a charitable trust which is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the CavalierHealth Fund are tax-deductible.
The CavalierHealth Fund's mission is to advance the health of cavalier King Charles spaniels by funding sound scientific research and supporting the dissemination of health information to prevent, treat, and cure cavaliers’ genetic diseases. The Fund's focus is upon mitral valve disease and Chiari-like malformation/syringomyelia, the two most pervasive and devastating genetic disorders in the CKCS breed.
